Welcome to Launch Point Outreach

Launch Point Outreach empowers healthier communities by eliminating barriers to compassionate, evidence-based care for HIV, hepatitis C, and STIs. We provide free and low-cost testing, treatment, and prevention to reduce health disparities and help every person find their path to wellness.

Free and low-cost services are offered based on eligibility and our board-approved sliding fee scale. No eligible patient will be denied services due to an inability to pay.

At Launch Point Outreach, we are a community-rooted nonprofit organization serving Coastal Central and Northern Florida—from the Space Coast up through Daytona, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Ocala, and the surrounding communities. We provide focused, evidence-based care for HIV, hepatitis C, and STIs. We offer free and low-cost testing, PrEP, PEP, and treatment navigation.

Our Story

Launch Point Outreach was founded by two nurse practitioners, community leaders, and neighbors who saw a gap that could not be ignored. Across Coastal Central and Northern Florida, too many residents were falling through the cracks—unable to afford HIV or STI testing, afraid of stigma, or simply unsure where to turn for confidential, compassionate PrEP, PEP, or hepatitis C care.

We are a registered Florida nonprofit corporation with federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, preparing for enrollment in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program.

We focus exclusively on HIV, hepatitis C, and STIs so we can provide the highest quality care in these areas.

Who We Serve

Launch Point Outreach exists for all people across Coastal Central and Northern Florida.

We serve all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.
